Boys and Buttons

Simon met his cousin Clark this week. Clark is 14 months old and the cousin nearest to Simon's age (until October). I was a little bit worried about how they might get along and wondered if I would have to spend all of my time making sure they played nicely and that Simon didn't body slam Clark or that Clark didn't poke Simon's eyes out. Oddly enough, the two seem fairly uninterested in each other. Simon was happy to look the other way as Clark played with the buttons on his vibrating chair. Such a relief. Give them a few years and they'll be the best of friends.
